Finance and Admin Associate

About the role

The Finance & Admin Associate is responsible for managing the club's day-to-day financial and administrative operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, proper documentation, and smooth support for club management.

Key responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately and on time, including statutory deductions (SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG)
• Manage petty cash, fund requests, reimbursements, and expense documentation
• Monitor expenses, maintain accurate records, and conduct regular reconciliations
• Reconcile daily sales, POS transactions, cash logs, and bank deposits
• Manage procurement, purchasing, vendor coordination, and inventory monitoring
• Maintain organized receipts, invoices, financial records, and compliance documents
• Ensure adherence to company SOPs, financial controls, and government regulations
• Provide administrative support to the Club Manager, including reports, scheduling, logistics, and other operational requirements
• Maintain accurate, timely, and audit-ready financial and administrative records
