Finance & Admin Executive

About the role

MTSC INNOVATION' is seeking a dedicated Finance & Admin Executive to join our team in Perai, Penang. This full-time role will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial and administrative operations, playing a crucial part in supporting our continued growth and success.

What you'll be doing

• Handle a full set of accounts, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and general ledgers (GL).
• Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including invoices, collections, payments, and banking transactions.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Manage staff claims.
• Liaise with external parties on auditing, tax, secretarial matters, bankers, government authorities, etc.
• Ensure timely SST submissions, LHDN tax filings, and regulatory compliance.
• Inventory records maintainence.
• Support daily operation administration tasks.
• Performing day-to-day accounting and administration operations and ad-hoc projects assigned by the management from time to time.

What we're looking for

• Relevant education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Strong technical skills in accounting software, spreadsheets, and other relevant tools
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate financial records
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to task management
• Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
• Fresh graduates with strong motivation and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
