Finance and Admin Executive

About the role

As a Finance and Admin Executive at WKK Distribution (Singapore) Pte Ltd, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's financial operations and administrative functions. This full-time position, based in the East Region, will allow you to contribute to the overall success of the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Responsible for accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations
• Maintaining accurate financial records and preparing financial reports
• Manage petty cash and employee expense claims
• Assisting with general administrative duties, such as filing, document management, and providing support to the wider team
• Support the Finance Manager with ad-hoc projects and tasks as required
• Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders

About you

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a finance or administrative role, preferably in the accounting field
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate financial records
• Proficient in using accounting software, spreadsheets, and other office applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with various teams
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines
• Proactive problem-solving skills and a willingness to continuously improve processes
• Relevant qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline would be an advantage
