Finance and Admin Executive

About the role

Finance & Admin Executive role based in Kuala Lumpur, reporting to Finance Team Lead in Singapore. The position involves managing financial operations, accounting functions, and administrative responsibilities for STULZ Malaysia Sdn Bhd.

Key responsibilities

• Responsible in preparation of full set monthly financial statements.
• Responsible for day-to-day operational matters of account & admin department.
• Prepare cheque, payment voucher, and other task assigned from time to time
• Ensure proper maintenance of documentation and filing to support all accounting entries
• Managing cash inflows and outflows and ensures proper records.
• To analyze the project performance on a monthly basis.
• To prepare the monthly cash flow projection for the company.
• To liaise with auditor taxation, bankers and other institutions.
• Implement effective internal controls and compliance with company standard operating procedures.
• Responsible for Account Receivables section and Monthly reporting AR module including the Aging Report.

About you

• Possess a Bachelor's Diploma/Degree in finance / accounting or its equivalent.
• Preferably with minimum 2 years' experience in senior accounting role.
• Possess good proficiency of English Language, Mandarin language and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Self-motivated and strong initiative, critical thinking, meticulous, independent, and strong sense of responsibility, result-orientated team player.
• Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel-pivot tables etc.
• Experience with financial management software, such as SAP B1 will be a plus.
