Finance & Admin Executive

• Position: Finance & Admin Executive
• Location: Boon Lay Way – 2 bus stops from Jurong East MRT
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Salary (commensurate with experience): S$3,300 – S$3,500 Basic Monthly + AWS + Discretionary Performance Bonus + 15 Days Annual Leave
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry: Trading / Distribution

Main Responsibilities:

• Handle partial sets of accounts, including accounts payable and supplier payments.
• Prepare bank and intercompany reconciliations.
• Reconcile supplier statements and follow up on outstanding invoices.
• Assist in tracking incoming shipments and maintaining related records and documentation.
• Prepare monthly accounting schedules and reports.
• Provide general office administrative support.
• Assist the Accountant with ad-hoc finance duties.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance or equivalent qualification.
• 1–2 years of relevant accounting or administrative experience preferred.
• Candidates with limited experience are welcome to apply; training will be provided.
• Basic accounting knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
