About the role

INFINNUM, INC. is seeking a Finance & Admin Intern to join our growing team in Pasig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in finance and administrative operations within a dynamic business environment. As a Finance & Admin Intern, you will support the day-to-day operations of our finance and administrative departments, contributing to the smooth functioning of our organisation whilst developing valuable professional skills.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting with general administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document management
• Supporting the finance team with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Preparing and organising financial reports and documentation
• Answering phone calls and emails, and providing administrative support to team members
• Maintaining and updating spreadsheets and databases with accurate information
• Scheduling meetings and managing calendars for staff members
• Processing invoices and expense reports under supervision
• Assisting with office organisation and general clerical duties
• Supporting the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial summaries

What we're looking for

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a programme in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial and administrative documents
• Clear written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members and follow instructions
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
• Reliability and a professional approach to work
• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
