Finance & Admin Internship

We are seeking an Intern to provide support across multiple departments, including Finance and Administration. The role involves assisting managers with day-to-day tasks such as documentation, data analysis, reporting, payment processing, and liaising with external parties. This position offers hands-on exposure to various business functions and provides valuable experience in both operational and administrative areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist manager in completing day-to-day tasks, including documentation and administration work.
• Assist managers to prepare reports, analysing data and providing insights.
• Assist with administrative and documentation tasks to ensure smooth project execution.
• Assists in data key-in and ensure its accuracy.
• Assists in communicating with external parties to get quotation and information.
• Assist in analysing financial data and preparing reports.
• Support the processing of invoices and payments.
• Weekly reporting preparation.
• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing, as well as payments.
• Assist in reconciling accounts and reviewing financial discrepancies.
• Assist in filing, scanning, and archiving documents.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Accounting or related professional field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
• Willing to work in Ampang.

Pay: RM600.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
