Finance & Admin Manager

About the role

Audio Visual Intelligence (trading as "AV Intelligence") designs, integrates and supports audio-visual and control systems for residential, hospitality, education and commercial projects across Singapore and Malaysia. We are seeking a hands-on Finance & Administration Manager to maintain reliable financial records, coordinate local administration and support the Group CFO and ensure statutory compliance for AV Intelligence Malaysia.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain group accounting records, accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and cash-flow updates.
• Track project invoices, collections, supplier payments and supporting documents.
• Coordinate payroll and statutory matters with accountants and relevant service providers.
• Maintain contracts, corporate records and statutory deadline tracking.
• Liaise with the company secretary, tax advisers and external accountants.
• Ensure purchases and payments have the required approvals and documentation.
• Support office administration and maintain organised company records.
• Escalate discrepancies and follow through to documented resolution.

About you

• Relevant accounting qualification or substantial practical finance experience.
• Experience with bookkeeping, reconciliations, reporting and payroll administration.
• Familiarity with Malaysian statutory administration.
• Strong attention to detail, confidentiality and professional judgement.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with Singapore Finance.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
• Team player, proactive, with empathy
