Finance & Admin Officer

• Support leasing by preparing proposals, evaluating deal terms, monitoring compliance, and managing lease applications.
• Assist in budgeting, financial planning, and reporting by tracking construction and operating budgets, cash flow, and financial performance.
• Oversee administrative operations by coordinating with affiliate support teams, maintaining company records, documenting processes, and managing office administration.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, Banking and Finance, Business Administration, or any related field.
• Must have at least 2 -3 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in real estate, property leasing, or financial planning/budgeting is highly preferred.
• Exposure to lease rate-setting, deal structuring, or commercial proposals is a strong advantage, though not required.
