Finance and Admin Supervisor

About the role

This role combines finance and administration responsibilities, managing full sets of accounts, financial records, and supporting operational finance functions across outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts with book-keeping knowledge

• Record and update account receivables and account payables

• Process outlets monthly claim reimbursement

• Check incoming bank online payment from online customers and upload bank online payment to suppliers

• Arrange email of monthly statement to customers and request monthly statement from suppliers

• Record Credit Sales Invoices and Purchase Invoices

• Arrange timely payment of outlets utilities and rental

• Ensure proper financial records are taken up for outlets transactions

• Ensure outlet POS cash proceed bank in match to bank in slip and POS counter session closing report

• Assist to check incoming payment for outlet POS credit/debit card, e wallet, online linked payment

• Track and reconcile monthly bank statements

• Assist in annual statutory audit by liaising with Auditors and Tax Agents and Company Secretary

• Provides financial information and preparing financial reports to management

• To perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned

• Provide and support in administration and human resources matters

About you

• Minimum of 1 year experience in accounting / finance
• Knowledge in Smart Accounting and SQL Accounting would be advantages
• Knowledge of MS Office (particularly Word and Excel)
• Excellent numeracy skills and attention to details
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Preferably specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent
• Possess own transport to visit financial institutions and outlets when necessary
