Finance and Admin Support

• Process requests for payment and post invoices onto SAP
• Finance liaison between vendors, SCJ Makati Head Office, SCJ Shared Services Center and SCJ hub in Kuala Lumpur
• Attend to client and supplier inquiries by phone and email
• Encode/update payables data in SAP (retrieve data from SAP as needed)
• Reconcile supplier accounts as necessary
• Process employee claims for reimbursement
• File documents
• Scan invoices and other documents

Qualification:

• Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or any related in accounting
• At least 1 year of experience in payables processing
• Communicates clearly, written and verbal
• Decision-maker, Assertive, Resourceful
• Experience with accounting software

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
