Finance & Administration Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Finance & Administration Assistant to support the daily financial and administrative operations of our Hong Kong, Shenzhen branches, and provide comprehensive administrative support to the General Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily financial operations and monthly bookkeeping for Hong Kong Company; oversee corporate bank account management, daily collection and payment bookkeeping, sort and organize financial vouchers and documents
• Liaise and coordinate with certified public accountants (CPA) to ensure smooth financial closing and compliance procedures
• Conduct routine financial and banking affairs handling for Shenzhen Company; responsible for daily fund payment, financial bookkeeping and voucher sorting
• Maintain regular communication and cooperation with outsourced accounting agencies to standardize local financial workflows
• Assist in remote fund payment, financial bookkeeping and regular financial supervision for overseas subsidiaries
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of cross-border financial data, and support unified financial management of the group
• Undertake full-range daily administrative affairs for Hong Kong and Shenzhen companies
• Assist in optimizing internal administrative processes, and guarantee the daily stable operation of office affairs
• Coordinate internal and external administrative matters
• Complete daily administrative scheduling, document sorting and other routine work efficiently
