Finance & Administration Executive

About the role

We are looking for a responsible and organised Finance & Administration Executive to support the company's finance and administrative activities.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and issue customer invoices.
• Monitor outstanding payments and maintain invoice records.
• Process supplier invoices and employee expense claims.
• Maintain proper finance documentation and assist with basic reconciliations and reporting.
• Liaise with external accountants, auditors, and service providers when required.
• Provide general administrative support to management, project teams, sales, HR, and other functions across the organisation.
• Coordinate office supplies, documentation, subscriptions, and other day-to-day administrative matters.
• Perform other finance and administrative duties as assigned.

About you

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant finance or administrative experience is preferred; fresh graduates may also apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Organised, accurate, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Experience with accounting or ERP software is an advantage.
