Responsibilities:

• To enter financial data into accounting system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• To assist in preparing accounts, financial performance reports, statutory financial statements, budget and other accounting and finance-related work in a timely manner.
• To prepare reconciliation and ensure all the accounting records are properly updated, reconciled in the accounting system and compliance with company policy and government authorities.
• To organise financial documents and maintain an accessible filing system.
• To communicate with the operations department, auditors and other parties where necessary.

Requirements:

• Candidates must pursue a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy/Finance, professional accounting qualification or equivalent.
• Basic accounting knowledge, ability to ensure accuracy in financial documents and data entry.
• Computer literate, proficient in Excel.
• Good interpersonal, organizational, time management and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, committed and able to work under pressure.
• Any work experience is an advantage.
