Finance and Administration Manager

• Provide full-spectrum executive and administrative support to the founder.
• Maintain accounting records for HK and BVI entities.
• Prepare annual statutory filings for HK and BVI entities, ensuring ongoing compliance.
• Prepare supporting information for Hong Kong and UK tax returns.
• Prepare investment reports and provide financial analysis to support decision-making.
• Oversee properties in Hong Kong, including sales, purchases, leasing, and renovation.
• Manage IT infrastructure (e.g., domain hosting, email hosting) and provide technical support.
• Oversee general office operations.

Requirements:

• Enjoys having the opportunity and ability to handle new and unfamiliar tasks.
• Higher education in accounting or a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in providing executive-level support.
• High integrity, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to solve problems independently.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Proficient in MS Office and general IT troubleshooting.
• When needed, willing to work overtime.

Offer:

• Salary: Suitable for someone who currently earns in excess of HK$30,000 per month.
• 5-day work week.
