Finance and Administrative Manager

Key responsibilities

• Report to HK Finance Controller and work closely to HK finance team
• Statutory reporting, month-end closing, taxation, budgeting and costing analysis for both Singapore and Malaysia market
• Treasury management, including cashflow forecast and liaison with bankers
• Cosec duties, including statutory filing and maintain proper statutory records
• HR and general administration duties including facilities management, security and insurance
• Formulate and maintain effective internal control policies and procedures
• Ensure the organization in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

About you

• Degree in Accounting or equivalent
• Minimum 7 years relevant working experience
• Self-initiative, independent, responsible with good interpersonal communication skill
• Proven hands-on, leadership and management experience in a sizable company
• Familiar with Singapore and Malaysia labour law
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
