Finance & Billing Operations

• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, including invoicing, payment processing, and collection activities to ensure timely and accurate cash flow.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support GFB billing and invoicing processes and ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Monitor assigned accounts, track outstanding payments, and follow up on overdue invoices or debts.
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial reports, statements, and forecasts to support business decisions across GFB, G Gifts, and various projects.
• Handle finance administration and documentation for internal and external stakeholders while ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and implement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Provide post-sales financial support to clients by handling billing and invoicing inquiries, investigating discrepancies, and coordinating issue resolution.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Finance, Accounting, Public Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; candidates with relevant experience will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to take initiative in handling tasks and solving problems.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with both data and people.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Good English communication skills are an advantage, as the role involves collaboration with teams across Southeast Asia.
