The ideal candidate will take ownership of sensitive, judgment-driven tasks that require a mix of operational rigor and strategic oversight.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete collections lifecycle—manage escalations, exceptions, and disputes from customer acquisition through recovery.
- Evaluate and recommend credit/loan cases for financing partners (Fin1, Fin2, Fin3, Fin4) based on documentation and internal policies.
- Resolve complex customer issues, working closely with sales, field, and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance.
- Maintain and audit SOPs for all finance operations; monitor the effectiveness of automated and outsourced processes.
- Ensure all in-house documentation, KYC, and compliance requirements are up to date and audit-ready.
- Liaise with third-party vendors/agencies for physical verification, collections, and logistics as needed.
- Prepare accurate MIS reports for management and financing partners.
- Identify process gaps and recommend solutions for operational efficiency and risk mitigation.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in credit, collections, or finance operations—preferably in NBFCs, banks, or high-growth startups.
- Proven track record in loan processing, credit assessment, KYC, and collections management.
- Hands-on experience with CRM/ERP tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, Tally).
- Strong analytical skills—capable of interpreting reports, detecting risk, and making independent recommendations.
- Excellent stakeholder management; able to coordinate across teams and communicate effectively with partners and vendors.
- High degree of ownership, follow-through, and ethical standards.
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Fluency in Hindi and English (verbal and written).
Preferred
- Experience scaling up operations and/or leading automation or outsourcing projects.
- Previous exposure to digital KYC, credit bureau integrations, and reconciliation software.
- Prior team management experience is an advantage.
What We Offer
- Opportunity to work with an agile, innovation-driven team impacting the future of green mobility and financial inclusion.
- Ownership of critical finance and risk processes.
- Competitive compensation and growth prospects.
