Finance and Compliance Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, including PF Act, ESI Act, and other relevant statutes.
• Conduct regular audits to identify areas of non-compliance and implement corrective actions.
• Manage contract labour management processes to ensure timely payment of wages and benefits.
• Maintain accurate records of employee data, attendance, and leave records.

Job Requirements :

• 1-2 years of experience in Statutory Compliance or related field (e.g., Auditing).
• Strong knowledge of labour laws such as PF Act, ESI Act, etc.
• Proficiency in managing contract labour management systems.
• Excellent analytical skills for conducting audits and identifying areas for improvement.
