Finance & Compliance Executive

We are looking for a smart, analytical and detail-oriented candidate for a Finance & Compliance role. The candidate will work on MIS reporting, accounting, taxation, project financing, government subsidies, MCA compliances and AI-based operational work.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of MIS Reports and analytical reports
• Income Tax related work and return preparation
• Accounting and bookkeeping
• GST and TDS working
• Project Financing documentation
• Government Subsidy related work
• MCA compliances and ROC filings
• Data analysis and reporting in Excel
• AI-based workflow handling and automation support
• Documentation and client coordination

Required Skills

• Good analytical and logical thinking
• Strong MS Excel knowledge
• Basic accounting and taxation knowledge
• Understanding of MCA compliances
• Good communication skills
• Ability to learn AI tools and modern workflows
• Attention to detail and responsibility
