We’re seeking a curious, tech-forward professional to join a growing analytics team, bridging finance and technology to improve reporting, automate workflows, and build smarter data solutions. This is an opportunity for someone with an accounting or finance background to develop hands-on experience with business intelligence, AI, and data-driven innovation.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver financial data, analysis, and reporting for key business stakeholders.
• Build dashboards, automate workflows, and develop tools that improve efficiency.
• Leverage Power BI, Alteryx, Python, and emerging AI technologies to solve business challenges.
• Improve data quality, reporting processes, and documentation.
• Partner with Finance, Investments, and Technology teams on analytics initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–6 years of experience in accounting, finance, fund accounting, or analytics.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
• A natural problem-solver who enjoys learning new technologies and taking ownership of projects.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Preferred: Experience with alternative investments, public accounting, SQL, Python, Power BI, Alteryx, or AI-assisted development. CPA/CFA progress is a plus.
