What they need
- Manage overall Finance, HR, Administration, and Compliance operations for Thailand office, ensuring alignment with Group policies, local regulations, and business objectives.
- Oversee financial activities including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, tax compliance, treasury management, cash flow monitoring, AP/AR reconciliation, fixed assets, inventory control, and coordination with auditors, banks, tax advisors, and government authorities.
- Lead full-cycle HR operations including recruitment, compensation & benefits, payroll, employee relations, training, talent management, HRIS management, labor law compliance, social security, tax reporting, and expatriate visa/work permit administration.
- Provide strategic HR and operational support to senior management while implementing regional HQ projects, policies, and initiatives.
- Drive internal control, compliance, and risk management activities by implementing Group frameworks, conducting audits, maintaining procedures, and ensuring adherence to corporate governance standards.
- Manage office administration, facility operations, vendor contracts, workplace safety, security, legal documentation, corporate registration, and BOI compliance requirements.
- Act as a key liaison with regional headquarters, external partners, government authorities, auditors, and service providers to ensure smooth business operations.
