Finance & HR Assistant/Manager

Job Scope:

• Handle full sets of accounting duties and prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies and statutory requirements, including GST and audited accounts.
• Liaise with banks, clients, vendors, auditors, tax agents, corporate secretaries and government agencies.
• Oversee office operations, including HR, administration and procurement functions.
• Handle HR duties such as payroll, employee claims, statutory submissions, onboarding/offboarding and work pass administration.
• Maintain proper finance and HR records, documents, SOPs and company policies.
• Support daily operations and undertake ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned.
