About the Role

We are looking for a versatile Finance & HR Executive to support the company’s financial operations and human resources functions. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants exposure to both the numbers and people sides of the business.

Key Responsibilities

Finance

• Handle day-to-day bookkeeping, invoicing, and reconciliation of accounts

• Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

• Process payments, claims, and petty cash management

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparation

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (E-invoice, SST, income tax, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, etc.)

• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and company secretaries as needed

Human Resources

• Maintain employee records and HR databases

• Administer payroll processing and statutory contributions

• Support performance management, leave administration, and HR policy implementation

• Coordinate employee engagement activities and training programs

• Assist with HR compliance and employment documentation

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in finance and/or HR (fresh graduates with strong aptitude may be considered)

• Familiarity with Malaysian payroll, tax, and labor law requirements is an advantage

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/HR software (e.g., Auto Count, SQL Accounting, or similar HRMS platforms)

• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy

• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle confidential information

• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities across two functions

• Proactive, organized, and a team player
