Finance & HR Executive (Contract)

As a Finance and HR Executive, you will be responsible for the following duties:

Manage daily accounting activities, including AP, AR and General Ledger.

Monitor cash flow and ensure timely payments to vendors.

Support purchasing and procurement, including POs and delivery tracking.

Assist with audits, tax compliance and regulatory reporting.

Manage payroll, staff claims, benefits and leave administration.

Support recruitment and onboarding, including job postings and interviews.

Maintain employee records, HR documentation and HR policies.

Handle employee relations and support training and development activities.

Oversee office administration, facilities, supplies and vendor management.

Coordinate meetings, company events and workplace health & safety requirements.

Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.

Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience
