Finance & Operations Associate

About the role

SustainGRC is governance intelligence infrastructure. We help regulated organisations prove their governance holds up. I'm the founder and CEO, and I'm looking for an Associate to run the finance and operating rhythm around me, so I can focus on product and market.

This is a role with real access and real accountability. You will work directly with me and grow as the company does.

What you will do

• Manage my diary, travel, inbox triage and follow-ups
• Track contracts, commitments and renewals from draft to signature
• Prepare monthly payroll and reconcile time logs
• Handle vendor and supplier admin and accounts preparation
• Support onboarding and policy administration alongside our People & Compliance Lead
• Keep every open action visible, owned and closed

What you bring

• 2–4 years in finance administration, operations or a founder's office
• Excellent written English
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• Discretion. You will handle confidential information daily
• A habit of closing loops without being chased
