Finance & Operations Associate

About the Role

Milele Prime, a CFD brokerage, is hiring an Operations & Finance Associate to support the build-out and day-to-day running of our brokerage infrastructure. This is a hands-on role spanning market research, liquidity provider (LP) and payment service provider (PSP) coordination, and finance/accounts setup. You'll work closely with leadership during a key growth phase, so we're looking for someone who learns fast and executes well.

Key Responsibilities

• • Conduct market research on the CFD/forex brokerage landscape, competitors, and vendor options
  • Support evaluation, onboarding, and ongoing management of Liquidity Providers (LPs)
  • Assist with Payment Service Provider (PSP) selection, onboarding, and integration
  • Support finance and accounts setup, including reconciliation and reporting [adjust to your actual scope]
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to keep projects moving
  • Prepare reports and documentation to support operational and strategic decisions

Requirements

• • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field; Accounting & Finance background strongly preferred
  • 0–2 years of experience, recent graduates and early-career candidates are encouraged to apply
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Quick learner who can pick up new domains independently
  • Strong execution and follow-through

Nice to Have

• • Familiarity with brokerage operations, trading platforms, or fintech
  • Experience working with vendors or financial partners
