Finance and Operations Manager

General Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Industrial/Management Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Financial Controlling, Budgeting & Forecasting, and Operational Management.
• Professional fluency in English (written and verbal) is a must.
• Strong knowledge of Local Labor Law, Tax Legislation, Customs Regulations, and financial compliance.
• Experience in Inventory Management, working capital optimization, and coordinating warehouse/logistics operations.
• Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.), MS Excel, and financial reporting software.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven, proactive, and "continuous improvement" mindset.
• Ability to act as a strategic bridge between local operations and Global Headquarters.
• High level of discretion, business acumen, and strong interpersonal communication skills.

Job Description

• Leading the preparation of MU budgets and rolling forecasts, ensuring precise planning of all operational costs.
• Managing all financial communications with HQ, performing detailed variance analysis for budget deviations, and ensuring transparency in cost planning.
• Driving financial efficiency and process accuracy by overseeing the external accounting company, consolidation packages, and internal/external audit processes.
• Optimizing cash flow management through rigorous weekly payment planning and the implementation of best financial control practices.
• Executing operational price management by maintaining the price proposal system and ensuring all invoices reflect special project pricing accurately.
• Monitoring customer payment performance and tracking financial KPIs to ensure healthy collection cycles in line with Group global guidelines (GTC).
• Coordinating end-to-end supply chain activities, including supplier purchases, import planning, and customs broker relationships to optimize operational costs.
• Governing warehouse operations to ensure high efficiency in inbound, stocking, and outbound processes while maintaining target stock levels.
• Managing regulatory compliance and institutional relations with the Ministry of Trade and Ministry of Labor during audit processes.
• Acting as the primary strategic liaison for HR reporting, IT, Legal, and Logistics to ensure seamless.
