Finance & Operations Manager [Public Sector]

• Location: Kallang
• Working Hours: 8.30am - 6pm (Mon-Thu) & 8.30am - 5.30pm (Fri)
• Salary: Up to $5,600 per month
• Duration: 1 year

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide team members on complex, exceptional or non-standard cases.
• Review payment processing, reconciliations and financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance with established procedures.
• Oversee fund utilisation, available balances and committed expenditure against approved funding limits.
• Oversee reconciliation between operational and financial systems, including investigation and resolution of discrepancies.
• Review financial and operational reports and highlight significant delays, financial risks and operational concerns.
• Coordinate audit matters and follow-up on audit queries and outstanding actions.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational, payment and financial matters.
• Support the implementation and refinement of finance and operational processes.
• Identify process gaps and opportunities to strengthen controls and improve efficiency.
• Undertake other related finance, administrative and operational duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Singaporean only.
• Minimum Degree holder with at least 1–2 years of experience in finance operations, payment processing and operational support.
• Prior experience in staff supervision or coordination of operational workstreams is a plus.
