Khadija Gold is a growing luxury gold and jewellery retailer dedicated to providing exceptional customer experiences and high-quality products. As part of our expansion, we are looking for passionate individuals to join our team as a Finance & Payroll Executive.

Job Responsibilities

• Basic office administration work
• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
• Handle statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB/LHDN, HRD Corp).
• Maintain employee payroll and personal records.
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and reconcile bank transactions.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Assist in monthly financial reports and documentation.
• Maintain filing systems and ensure proper record keeping.
• Liaise with government agencies, auditors, banks, and external parties.
• Provide general administrative support and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in payroll, finance, or administration.
• Knowledge of Malaysian payroll, Employment Act, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and HRD Corp requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/payroll software.
• Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Positive attitude with good communication skills
