Finance & Strategy Associate

What You ll Be Doing

You ll be joining the Finance & Strategy team. Here s what your day-to-day might look like:

• Maintain and update performance datasets used by the team.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency across reports and analyses.
• Contribute to improving reporting processes and templates where possible.
• Populate the weekly business review template with the latest performance data.
• Analyze key metrics and highlight trends or anomalies.
• Draft clear, fact-based commentary explaining performance drivers.
• Track actual performance against targets or prior periods.
• Investigate and explain key variances using data and business context.
• Summarize findings for the wider Finance & Strategy and UAE Leadership team.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related field Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel, including formulas (e.g. VLOOKUP, SUMIF, COUNTIF) and pivot tables. Strong numerical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and explain variances. Structured, data-driven approach to problem solving. Clear and concise written communication skills. Eagerness to learn and develop within a Finance & Strategy environment. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Team-oriented with a proactive and professional attitude. Internship or academic project experience in finance, business, or data analysis (preferred).
