Finance & Supply Chain Intern

The Finance & Supply Chain Intern is responsible for multiple finance and supply chain related activities, including invoicing, reporting, vendor management, and ad-hoc duties as assigned:

Job Duties

• Support day-to-day finance and operations activities, including invoicing process, finance reporting, and document filing
• Support vendor creation process for stakeholders
• Follow up enquiries from offshore accounting team and Hong Kong team
• Support in supply chain administrative works
• Ad-hoc support to the finance and operation team as needed

Qualifications

• Undergraduate students in accounting or related discipline
• Proactive, a good team player with positive working attitude
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good in spoken and written in English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Able to work for at least 2 full days or 4 half days per week or above.
• Immediately available is highly preferred
