Finance & Transactions Associate Attorney

AJ Chambers are delighted to be working with an AM200 Law firm who are seeking a Finance Associate to join its Washington, DC office as part of a collaborative Finance & Transactions practice.

The role offers exposure to sophisticated commercial finance matters, direct partner interaction, and opportunities for client facing responsibility and business development within a team oriented environment.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of commercial finance experience at a law firm
• Experience drafting loan documents and managing loan transactions
• Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously
• J.D. with strong academic credentials
• Admission in Washington, DC

Compensation

• Base salary range: $290,000 - $340,000 annually, depending on experience and class year
