Finance - AP/ AR

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create sales invoices;
• Process receipt from customers;
• Check and verify the accuracy of supporting documents, such as invoices, receipts, and proof of payment.
• Manage petty cash;
• Process invoices and payments to vendors.
• Responsible for all accounts payable functions, including staff reimbursement claims.
• Make payments and control financial transactions;
• Monitor and manage the bank book
• Create AP/AR reports;
• Identify & mitigate tax risks for transactions;
• Properly document working papers, reports, and supporting documents;
• Ensure all data is recorded accurately and completely;
• Record and enter financial transaction data into the accounting system.
• Manage and maintain financial recording systems, such as organizing and filing financial documents.
• Other work assigned by superiors;

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum education S-1 Accounting / Economics / Taxation, or:
• Minimum 3 year experience as Account Receivable/ Account Payable Staff or any similar field;
• Able to collect from customers well (communicate verbally and in writing)
• Experienced in checking financial / tax reports;
• Able to create and check accounts receivable reports neatly and carefully
• Able to work with deadlines;
• At least Intermediate proficient level of Microsoft Skills (including Excel);
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia;
• Experience with ERP accounting software will be an advantage;
• High level of personal responsibility and can work independently;
• Detail-oriented, efficient, organized, a problem-solver;
• Able to perform under work pressure and deadline.
