Finance AP Staff

We are a growing maritime logistics company specializing in vessel operations, marine transportation, and port services. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced professional to join our team as a Finance AP Staff.

Responsibilities:

• Process and verify invoices from vendors/suppliers in accordance with purchase orders (POs) and the receipt of goods/services
• Enter accounts payable data into the accounting/ERP system
• Prepare payment schedules and ensure payments are made on time
• Periodically reconcile accounts payable balances with vendor statements
• File supporting transaction documents (invoices, POs, goods receipt slips, payment receipts)
• Coordinate with the purchasing, warehouse, and vendor teams regarding document discrepancies
• Assist with the monthly closing process related to accounts payable
• Prepare accounts payable aging reports and other reports as requested by management
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable tax regulations (PPn/PPh)

Qualifications:

• Minimum education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Financial Management, or a related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a Finance/Accounting Accounts Payable (AP) role (fresh graduates with a strong understanding of accounting are welcome to apply)
• Understanding of accounting fundamentals and the accounts payable cycle
• Familiar with using Jurnal
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Meticulous, disciplined, and able to work under deadlines
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Understanding of basic tax regulations (PPN, PPh 21/23) is a plus
• Familiarity with accounting/ERP software (SAP, Accurate, Oracle, or similar) is a plus
