About the Role & Team

The IDC China AR (Accounts Receivable) team is seeking long-term interns to support daily finance operations.

Interns offer a more cost-effective staffing option compared to alternative hiring arrangements.

What You’ll Do

• Issue and verify VAT invoices to clients;
• Upload invoices to the client portal;
• Copy and scan original documents to maintain finance supporting files — a duty that becomes particularly critical during audit requests;
• Track the status of signed client contracts and keep organized files;
• Handle other ad-hoc tasks as needed in urgent situations.

• Required years of relevant work experience, including any specific industries
• Essential technical skills (e.g., software proficiency, technical competencies)
