What they need
- Melakukan rekonsiliasi untuk bank, AR/AP, dan inventory.
- Mengontrol stok, stock opname, dan inventory movement.
- Menganalisis stock discrepancy dan mencari root cause.
- Melakukan transaksi dan reporting finance/accounting melalui ERP.
- Mengelola AP, AR, GL, journal entries, dan reporting.
- Berkoordinasi dengan Sales, Warehouse, Operations, dan departemen terkait.
Kualifikasi
- S1 Accounting, Finance, atau bidang terkait.
- 2–3 tahun pengalaman di Finance/Accounting, terutama retail, distribution, atau trading.
- Memahami accounting dan inventory control.
- Menguasai Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table).
- Berpengalaman menggunakan ERP (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Odoo, atau sejenisnya).
- Detail-oriented, analytical, organized, dan mampu bekerja dengan deadline.
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan teamwork yang baik.
- Pengalaman retail/high-volume transactions menjadi nilai tambah.
