- Responsible for the preparation of the monthly report and daily account operation functions
- Monitor cash positions of the company, both daily and monthly
- To assist managers to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of internal control
- Able to meet tight deadlines and work in a fast pace environment
- Maintain record of vouchers, invoices, payments
- Handle day-to-day accounting
- Prepare invoices and following up for pending payments
- Handle all banking related works
- Handling petty cash
- Reconcile bank transaction daily
- Following up transaction breakdown from all parties
- It is an advantage to be proficient in chinese language
