What they need
- Computes and sends move-in/move-out charges and Certificate of Management upon water/electric readings; releases renovation or bank-related clearances as requested.
- Handles monthly billing (electricity, water, and supplies), uploads and generates SOA in EBT, prints and releases statements, and matches SOA with aging reports.
- Prepares ledger breakdowns, account reconciliations, adjustments, and ledger checking upon request or as scheduled.
- Renames, prints, and manually sends reminder letters from the 22nd–24th; extracts emails and resends bounced SOAs once a month.
- Updates SAP/EBT based on Masterlist changes and COM area data; monitors parking slots and account activity.
- Coordinates and computes monthly water bills (16th–20th)
