What they need
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Cashier/Finance Assistant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling daily cash and banking transactions, maintaining accurate records, and supporting finance operations. Experience with Odoo ERP is required.
- Manage daily cash collections, deposits, and disbursements
- Reconcile cash, receipts, and bank statements on a regular basis
- Assist the finance team in processing invoices, expense reports, and other financial documentation
- Maintain accurate transaction records and ensure compliance with internal controls
- Handle customer payments, refunds, and petty cash
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports as required
- Collaborate with the finance team for closing and auditing processes
- Utilize Odoo ERP to manage and track financial transactions
