What they need
- Knowledge of Accounts Receivable processes and procedures. Familiarity with billing, collection, and reconciliation of customer accounts. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Graduate of Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management , Management Accounting or any related business course. At least 1-2 years of experience in Auditing, Accounting, Finance, or related functions is preferred. Experience in manpower agency our outsourcing company is an advantage. Exposure to internal audit, financial analysis, or compliance is desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills. High level of integrity and confidentiality. Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines. Capable of handling multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
