What they need
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Financial Management or any related field
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and collections
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily finance and accounting operations
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, vouchers, and other financial documents
- Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Monitor and follow up on client payments and outstanding balances
- Assist with bank reconciliation and monitoring of company accounts
- Assist in billing, collections, and payment processing
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
