Finance Assistant

We’re looking for a Finance Assistant to support routine financial and administrative work. This position is suited to someone who is organized, comfortable working with numbers, and able to keep records accurate and up to date.

Responsibilities

• Maintain financial records and supporting documentation.
• Assist with invoices, expenses, and transaction records.
• Review information for completeness and accuracy.
• Prepare spreadsheets and routine financial summaries.
• Assist with account reconciliations and internal checks.
• Organize digital files and financial documentation.
• Follow up on outstanding records or requests.
• Provide general administrative support to the finance team.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with basic financial or accounting concepts.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable using Excel, Google Sheets, and standard office software.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Professional communication skills.
• Previous finance, accounting, or administrative experience is an advantage.
