Finance Assistant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Finance Assistant to support daily finance operations, documentation, and financial recordkeeping. This role will also assist in monitoring return and refund transactions related to our e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in recording and updating financial transactions and related records

• Support the preparation of financial reports, summaries, and spreadsheets

• Monitor and document e-commerce return and refund transactions and ensure related records are complete and accurate

• Maintain organized and up-to-date physical and digital finance files

• Assist in reviewing financial documents and verifying data accuracy

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure complete and timely processing of finance-related documents

• Assist with data tracking and other administrative tasks within the Finance department

• Perform other finance-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other operation applications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data

• Good organizational and recordkeeping skills

• Able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

• Dependable, organized, and willing to learn

• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced e-commerce environment
