Finance Assistant

Pardgroup, a leading company in integrated services for retail and large-scale distribution, is looking for a new Finance Assistant to join its team at the Shanghai office.

Posizione

The new colleague will carry out the following activities:

• Registering bank transactions on local ERP for management reporting purposes as per assigned chart of accounts;
• Preparing payment uploads onto e-banking system according to existing payment schedule procedures;
• Preparing accruals, depreciation and amortization according to local and Group policies;
• Uploading bank transactions onto cash-flow reporting system for cash projection purposes;
• Collaborating with the global finance team to coordinate invoicing, collections, and reporting across regions;
• Maintaining and updating financial data, spreadsheets, and accounting systems, ensuring accuracy;
• Ensuring compliance with financial policies and supporting internal and external audits while maintaining confidentiality
• Handling communication with local banks and other relevant local offices.

Requisiti

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

• Around 2-3 years of previous experience in a similar role;
• Fully or Part qualified accountant (CPA/ CA/ ACCA/ ACA) combined with strong transactional experience;
• Fluency in English;
• Strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail;
• Ability to work across different time zones.
