Finance Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits, including voucher verification, checking ledger balances, and gathering audit evidence.
• Prepare and file Income Tax Returns (ITR), TDS returns, and GST returns.
• Maintain and finalize books of accounts, prepare trial balances, and perform bank/ledger reconciliations.
• Ensure adherence to company law filings and regulatory standards.
• Draft audit findings, recommendations, and management letters.
• Analyze financial data to provide insights and improve performance.
• Attend client meetings, participate in discussions, and contribute to presentations when required.
• Stay updated on latest accounting standards, auditing principles, and regulations.

Required Qualifications

• M.Com, CA Inter, CMA, or MBA (Finance) preferred.
• 5–8 years of accounting exp, with at least 1 years of NBFC experience
• Strong knowledge of RBI guidelines applicable to NBFCs.
• Experience in loan management systems and accounting software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Advance Excel ( financial reporting).
• Knowledge of Ind AS, Companies Act, GST, TDS, and Income Tax.
• Experience in audit coordination and statutory compliance.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
