Finance Assistant

Responsibilities

• Assist in payroll processing and timekeeping coordination.
• Handle disbursements, petty cash, and expense tracking.
• Organize financial records and support statutory compliance (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
• Collaborate with HR on asset turnover and clearance procedures.
• Facilitate budget approval processes.
• Perform bookkeeping, manage accounts payable, and oversee payment releasing.
• Demonstrate a “can‑do” attitude and commitment to excellence in execution.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Administration, Finance, Accounting, or any related course.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, data entry, and reporting).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
