Finance Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Handle client billing and collection
• Record and organize billings, official receipts, and deposit slips
• Monitor client accounts and assist with account reconciliation
• Prepare financial reports and related documents
• Process payroll of security personnel
• Assist in the computation of 13th Month Pay, Retirement Pay, and other remunerations
• Coordinate with clients, liaison, and other departments on finance-related concerns

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, Business Administration, or a related field; graduates of other courses with relevant billing /collection experience may be considered.
• Proficient in MS Office Applications; familiarity with accounting or billing software; accurate data entry and reconciliation.
• Knowledge of billing, collections, payroll and government statutory requirements is an advantage.
• Familiarity with security-services billing and payroll (per guard / per-post and wage orders) is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, trustworthy and accountable.

Work Schedule

• 4 days Work Week - Tuesday to Friday
