Finance Assistant

• Provides administrative and operational support to the Finance Executive.
• Assists in Treasury and Accounting functions.
• Prepares and organizes billing, collection, and disbursement documents.
• Assists in monitoring receivables, payables, expenses, and cash transactions.
• Assists in preparing basic financial reports and accounting schedules.
• Assists in preparing and organizing tax-related documents and schedules.
• Encodes and maintains accurate financial records.
• Coordinates with other departments regarding finance-related requirements.
• Performs other finance-related duties assigned by the Finance Executive or Management.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Fresh Graduates are highly encouraged to apply!
• Basic knowledge of accounting and financial transactions.
• Good numerical and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, trustworthy, and willing to learn.
• Accounting/Finance internship is an advantage but not required.
• Preferred applicants: We are currently looking for applicants who reside in San Jose City or nearby areas in the western part of Tarlac, preferably those who can conveniently travel to our office.
