Finance Assistant

Responsibilities:

To assist Finance Supervisor in:

• Preparation of tax reports and financial statement and administer and manage financial, accounting and taxation process and ensure accuracy and satisfactory quality of all processes.
• Provide assistance in end-to-end Accounting/Finance Preparation Reports." Hand over data that will be asked by the Supervisor and safekeep all documents and reports in an orderly manner and with discretion.
• Help with preparation of other BIR Returns and other regulatory and statutory reports. Create accounts and statements with the other party for payment negotiations.
• Assist the Finance Department with the overall accounting functions such as: bookkeeping, clerical duties, and accounts.
• Coordinate and resolve outstanding issues and concerns in the company through communication with other departments and clients to keep everyone involved with the general business operations.
• Provide data that will be asked by the supervisors and keep all data and reports in an orderly manner with discretion.
• Prepare and file other BIR Returns and other regulatory and statutory reports Maintenance of accounting control by following policies and procedures, regulatory and statutory requirements.
• Preparation of reconciliations of accounts and all statements and guarantee the integrity of all data.
• Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the supervisor Other tasks that may be assigned by the supervisor or department head.
